EMBRC provides access to data obtained from mid- and long-term observations of diverse marine ecosystems, specific software for data analysis, and related bioinformatics expertise.
EMBRC promotes interoperability and standardization of digital infrastructures to manage large volumes of different types of data generated by marine research and to improve collaboration among biologists, bioinformaticians, and IT specialists.
EMBRC provides services to process, curate, and archive large datasets of sequences, metadata, historical time series, and bibliographic resources. Specifically, we can provide access to:

Access to The High Performance Computing and Bioinformatics platform, implementing bioinformatic dedicated services and training. Service offered are aimed to testing and offering dedicated strategies and resources, databases, scientific computational platforms for marine genomics.
